  • One 30-60-minute session each week 

  • Personalized macro meal plan designed for weight loss, maintenance, or building muscle - DESIGNED FOR YOUR GOALS

  • Mindset activities (videos, worksheets, etc)

  • Physical activity recommendations

  • Supplement recommendations (at client additional cost)

  • Discussion of your progress, recommendations, goal setting and more

  • Access to Practice Better Application to log food, physical activity, and more

 

Other items potentially included, but not limited to:

  • Special events like teleclasses, group seminars, and/or workshops related to health and wellness

  • A variety of handouts, recipes, books, food samples, and other related materials

  • Daily check-ins

I also ask, will they continue to have the energy to take such good care of their nutrition over the years as an unhappy life weighs them down?
